Some of our projects are more challenging than others from the start, just because of the environment we have to work with. This floating staircase was designed to fit into a limited space, around the bay window, as this was the optimal space for a staircase. Though the area was small, we did our best to create a staircase that serves its purpose well and still keeps the interior bright. In the end, we designed a wooden floating staircase. It owes its sturdy look to the oak cladding on the treads, oak handrails, and a toughened-glass balustrade.
